An electric manifold with fewer failure points, faster rig-up, and higher rate capacity.
The ZEUSTM electric pump comes paired with a dual, large-bore, manifold trailer that can be split, tailored for simul-frac operations. With the trend toward higher treating rates, this system offers fewer failure points, faster rig-up operations, and higher rate capacities – reaching up to 230 barrels per minute.
Our Zeus manifold trailer is built to perform and deliver the efficiency gains from simul-frac operations, allowing you to complete more lateral feet in the same amount of time, compared to zipper-frac. The trailer also comes with electrically actuated valves that improve operational efficiency, while eliminating personnel from the red zone.
ZEUS ELECTRIC MANIFOLD TRAILER
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
With the reliability and efficiency of its electric power train, the ZEUSTM electric fracturing system sets a new standard in managing increased service intensity. It provides faster rate response and more precise control. It also eliminates non-productive time associated with diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.
The ZEUS system was engineered for high-service-intensity frac operations, with the ability to pump higher volumes, rates, and pressures, right out of the box. The systems’ proven track record includes pumping more than 500 hours in the first 30 days of operations for multiple operators across North America.
