Shannon Slocum is executive vice president and chief operating officer. He is responsible for the Company's global operations, as well as business development, health, safety and environment, and global technology and is a member of the Company’s executive committee.
He joined Halliburton in 2005 and has served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility across global operations, technology, and business development. From 2023-2025, he served as president, Eastern Hemisphere and held senior leadership positions including senior vice president, Global Business Development and Marketing; senior vice president for the Eurasia, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa region; and vice president of Cementing.
Slocum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Lamar University.
